Warming and water shortages associated with climate change threaten agriculture in many parts of the world, calling for immediate adaptive actions to secure global food production. China has proactively adapted agricultural practices in response to dramatic climate change in the past decades. The overall goal of the proposed project is to establish a long-term partnership between China and the U.S. to strengthen international education and research collaborations regarding agricultural adaptation to climate change.
