Diseases of blueberry and cranberry can reduce crop yield as well as to diminish the quality of the harvested crop and any processed products. Fungicides are a critical component for production of these crops however the timing, rate and choice of material can greatly influence the effectiveness and quantity of fungicide used. Our goals are to develop methods that optimize fungicide usage and also develop non-chemical means of disease control. The results will promote reduced losses to plant diseases.
