THIS PROPOSAL IS CONCERNED WITH DEVELOPING SUPPORT PROGRAMS FOR RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION IN STEM TOPICS IN NEW JERSEY COMMUNITY COLLEGES. THE MAIN GOALS ARE TO PROMOTE INTEREST IN STEM TOPICS IN COMMUNITY COLLEGES, TO ENSURE THAT STEM STUDENTS REMAIN ENG
