Abstract

From our library of Drosophila melangogaster hybrid plasmids, constructed by the poly(dA · dT) linker method, we have isolated a clone containing sequences complementary to the large mitochondrial ribosomal RNA which copurifies with poly(A)⁺ RNA on an oligo(dT) column.
