Abstract

Benign pancreatic duct strictures remain a challenging diagnosis. Etiology are multiple and diverse, but recent novel techniques has permitted to make progress in this field and offer the possibility to exclude a neoplastic etiology in the majority of cases. This chapter explore the different diagnostic tools we dispose for the workup of this difficult condition.
