Abstract
We report the first case of bilateral pneumolabyrinth documented by computed tomography and the first case of spontaneous recovery of sensorineural hearing deficit associated with pneumolabyrinth. The presence of pneumolabyrinth (air within the otic capsule) is an important radiographic sign of inner ear compromise resulting in sensorineural hearing loss.
