Abstract

We performed the time-domain and time-resolved ultrafast THz spectroscopy on the topological insulator (TI) Bi2Se3 Dirac plasmons. The distinct dynamics of phonon broadening and phonon stiffening were observed when Dirac plasmon moves across the TI phonon.
