Equilibration and dynamic phase transitions of a driven vortex lattice

Abstract

Experiments were carried out to account for the metastable vortex lattice. It was observed that this lattice undergo two types of current driven transitions. Below the peak effect region, a current driven equilibration transition from a metastable disordered state to a stable ordered one was observed. In the peak effect region, both the equilibration and the KV transitions were detected.
