Abstract

National Jewish Conter their metabolic activities by various interactions between cell wall composition and physico-chemical surface properties of supports. The protocols were carried out to establish the specific immobilization methods without these desadvantages and, also, to preserve those fungal species which have the highest enzymatic activity in continuous biotechnological processes. There are presented only three such new biotechnological methods which have to apply in fungal immobilization by penetration on various supports such as polyacrylamidic (PAA) hydrogels and PAA hydrogels with collagen. The simple and mixed PAA hydrogels were obtained using Co 60 gamma radiopolymerization, with contrôlée doses followed by aseptic retention of nutrients after a previous dehydration. These immobilization meth these species by cell wall attachement on various PAA hydrogels. ods were tested on Penicillium chrysogenum and Pleurotus florida, studying the different mechanisms involved in cell adherence and the fungal growth of these species by cell wall attachement on varoius PAA hydrogels.
