Abstract

The theory of finite Fermi systems is extended to the particle-core coupling model. As an example we calculated electric and magnetic moments and transition probabilities of 205Tl. A detailed discussion of 205Tl and 207Tl is given. The theoretical results are in good agreement with experiment.
