We would also like to acknowledge the HPDC Awards Committee led by Douglas Thain for their efforts in soliciting and selecting candidates for the 2020 HPDC Achievement Award. We note that HPDC Steering Committee has decided not to make an award this year because of the COVID-19 pandemic. The broader HPDC program would not be possible without the efforts and dedication of a number of individuals. We would like to thank to Antonino Tumeo for chairing the Workshop committee that has had a long tradition at HPDC, bringing cutting-edge topics that complement the main program. We would also like to thank Kyle Chard for serving as Poster Chair, and George Amvrosiadis for his tremendous work as our Publications Chair, an often-thankless job. Special thanks go to Stefano Markidis for his work as Local Co-Chair. We would like also to acknowledge Ali Anwar and Zhe Zhang for serving as Sponsorship Co-Chairs. Conferences cannot succeed without the tireless work of publicity and we would like to thank Ioan Raicu and Kento Sato for spreading the word.
