Abstract

Well-defined λ-DNA microring arrays are created via the coupled process of capillary rise and depression during evaporative assembly of λ-DNA microfluid confined in polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) microlens arrays and poly(methyl methacrylate)-coated Si substrates. The dimensions of the λ-DNA microrings are tunable by changing the size of the PDMS microlenses.
