Abstract

Davison's (1968) technique of orgasmic reorientation was successfullyadapted to the modification of two cases of vaginismus and urination disfunction after systematic desensitization had proved to be ineffective. The therapy is described and discussed as an example of the problem-solving behavior of the behavior modifier in the clinical situation.
