Abstract

Management of pancreatic duct strictures is a challenging task. Different modalities can be offered based on available tools and expertise. Options include endoscopic pancreatic duct stenting using conventional ERCP, EUS-guided pancreatic drainage, and finally surgery. This chapter explores the different options we dispose for treating this difficult condition.
