Abstract

The use of an infrared laser for the deposition of fluoropolyol via MAPLE was reported. Fluoropolyol was a sorbent chemoselective oligomer available in relative abundance and was extensively used in chemical sensing applications. As such, it provides an excellent starting material that will aid in critically evaluating approach for the deposition technologically important organic materials in thin-film form.
