Abstract

Completely organic biofunctionalized nanoparticles were easily micropatterned on plasma-permissive regions while biomolecular activity remained intact. These patterns can be used as tools to spatially and dynamically guide cell behavior, and provide clues on cell functions such as attachment and migration.
