Abstract

The increasing dependence of the modern society on software system has driven the development of software products become even more competitive and time-consuming. Single Release software product cannot satisfy the increasing competitive market share. Thereby it is important to release multiple version software product in order to add new features and fix faults from previous release. A multi-release software reliability model with considerations of the dependence of the current detecting faults on the remaining faults from previous release and new introduced faults is proposed in this paper.
