Abstract

Synthesis of uniform nanobelts of [ZnSe] (diethylenetriamine) 0.5 using a ternary solution composed of DETA, hydrazine hydrate, and deionized water was investigated. ZnSO4·7H2O and Na2SeO3 were added into solution under stirring. TEM images were acquired at an acceleration voltage of a 200 kV. Results show that the photoluminescence spectra change as the volume ratio of the ternary solution system is varied.
