I thank my 3He collaborators and the conference organizers for the opportunity to present this talk. I am particularly indebted to Seonho Choi for providing the most recent GDH figures, Xiaochao Zheng for providing her analysis of A™, Kevin Kramer for providing his work on the g% experiment, and J.-P. Chen for helping to prepare the talk and this manuscript. Southeastern Universities Research Association manages Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility under DOE contract DE-AC05-84ER40150. The U.S. National Science Foundation grant PHY 00-98642 supports my research at Rutgers University.

N2 - Several experiments at Jefferson Lab Hall A have used a polarized 3He target for studying the spin structure of the neutron. Measurements have been published for the neutron magnetic form factor, and are being published for the extended Gerasimov-Drell-Hearn sum rule. The A1n asymmetry and the g2n structure function have been measured above the resonance region. Further measurements in the resonance region will be performed in the near future.
