Abstract

A new modality of biofunctionalization on polymeric implant substrates, which can super-activate cell motility through a biodynamic process was discussed. The cytointernalization-coupled cell motility due to polymer supported ligand-nanocarriers was analyzed. In the study, the human keratinocytes isolated from neonatal foreskins were analyzed. It was observed that keratinocyte cyto-internalization coupled motility was strongly influenced by substrate polyethylene glycolation and the ligand functionalization via albumin nanocarriers (ANC).
