On the relationship between trial-to-trial response time variability and fnirs-based functional connectivity

Abstract

We study the relationship between response time (RT) variability and functional connectivity (FC) estimated by wavelet transform coherence, when performing a visual oddball task. A statistically significant correlation is observed between RT and FC.
