Abstract
Severe orthostatic hypotension developed in 4 patients with cancer during combination chemotherapy which included vincristine. It is believed the orthostatic hypotension may be a manifestation of vincristine neurotoxicity. Milder degrees of orthostatic hypotension may be a relatively common complication of this chemotherapeutic agent.
