Abstract

A dopant study comparing the effect of pentavalent Nb5+ and V5+ modifiers on the material properties of BaTi(Mn)O3 + SiO2 sintered under oxidizing, reducing, and annealed conditions are presented. Dopants are applied as surface coatings to BaTiO3 powder.
