Abstract
Recent measurements of doubly rotated plate resonators have highlighted the need for more accurate material constants for use in dilithium tetraborate resonator design. In this paper, we report on the room-temperature determination of the elastic, piezoelectric, and dielectric constants of dilithium tetraborate using frequency domain measurements of primarily pure-mode vibrations in thin, flat plates.
