Rayleigh wave propagating in layered magneto-electro-elastic materialstructures

Abstract

An exact approach is used to investigate Rayleigh waves inmagneto-electro-elastic material structure which involves a piezomagnetic layerbonded to a semi-infinite homogeneous piezoelectric substrate. Thepiezomagneticity and piezoelectricity are both polarized in z-axis direction.The analytical solution of dispersion relations is obtained and the results arepresented.
