Abstract
Continuity clinics are required for residents in obstetrics and gynecology in the U.S., but are costly and difficult to administer. Organizing them into group resident continuity clinic programs which emulate the group private practice most residents will joint, creates a design that is parsimonious of clinic resources, while providing a type of continuity with which patients, nurses, and physicians are familiar and comfortable.
