Abstract
Purpose - The purpose of this paper is to examine the alternatives to Google web searching. Design/methodology/approach - The paper discusses the alternatives to Google web searching, focusing on different approaches, specific topics and particular formats. Findings - That competition is especially fruitful for those who make our livings searching for information. Originality/value - The paper presents different approaches to searching by Google.
