Team dynamics in pay dispersion and team performance: A longitudinal field study

Abstract

Using a multi-source, multi-team data set, this study investigates the relationship between team-level pay dispersion and team performance. More importantly, adopting a dynamic view, we explore how team dynamics, including pay dispersion trajectory and change in relative pay standing, influence this relationship.
