Abstract

A review on the self-organized and semantic web was presented. The users benefit most if work on creating the semantic web coevolves with work on tools for data-driven analysis of the self-organized web. Linear algebra shows that the power method converges at a rate related to the ratio of the first two eigenvalues of the matrix used.
