Abstract

The deposition of thin films of Sr2FeMoO6 on single-crystalline and polycrystalline SrTiO3 substrate using pulsed laser deposition was discussed. It was found that after controlled annealing-induced alteration of the grain-boundary properties, a low-field magnetoresistance (MR) feature was developed. The analysis showed that the low-field MR was not related to the cation disorder in SFMO films.
