Abstract
From a meteorologist's point of view, this paper illustrates how Bob Dylan describes the weather so poetically and how weather imagery is connected to feelings, especially about love and politics. The purpose is to acquaint the readers, both young and old, of this wonderful body of work. Two of Dylan's famous songs, "Blowin' in the Wind" and "Chimes of Freedom" are taken as examples.
